All information on your museum visit during the Corona pandemic
As the Corona pandemic is not yet over, we have listed some recommendations for your protection on this page. Stay healthy!
Entry to the Museum
- Tickets can be purchased at the ticket counter on site or online. To ensure reliable planning of your visit and avoid waiting in line at the ticket counters, we recommend booking your tickets online in advance.
Hygiene measures and rules of conduct
- You are no longer obligated to wear a mask inside the Museum Barberini. However, we still recommend to wear a medical or FFP2-mask during your visit. Be considerate of other visitors as well as our staff by still following the sneeze and cough etiquette, please maintain the minimum distance to those around you (at least 1,5 meters) and, of course, wash your hands regularly.
- Please do not plan a visit to the Museum Barberini if you are displaying symptoms or if you have been in contact with a COVID-19 patient in the last 14 days.
- The Museum Barberini is equipped with a modern ventilation system. All neuralgic points or rather areas in our facilities will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily
Tickets
- Tickets are available online and at the museum.
- If you are entitled to free admission, you can reserve a zero-euro ticket for your visit in our webshop.
- Please understand that we are only allowed to offer a limited number of tickets, so that the tickets may be temporarily fully booked.
