The combined ticket is valid for the Museum Barberini and DAS MINSK Kunsthaus in Potsdam. The joint house ticket allows entry once each. A visit to both houses is possible on two consecutive opening days. The combined ticket can be purchased without a time slot ticket at the ticket counter in the museum or at the webshop.
Entitled to free admission upon presentation of the necessary proof:
• Children and young people under the age of 18 and school pupils over the age of 18 (Free admission every Thursday from 2 p.m. for young people under 25 with the "Free ticket U 25")
• Recipients of unemployment benefits (ALG 1), "Bürgergeld" (citiziens' allowance) or social benefits, holders of the Berlin Pass, Berlin-Ticket S, VBB Kundenkarte Berlin S, or VBB Mobilitätstickets Brandenburg.
• Recipients of benefits under the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act
• Persons entitled to a residence permit according to § 24 para. 1 AufenthG
• Carers accompanying people with disabilities (confirmed with “B” in disability certificate)
• Holders of a valid Barberini Friends annual ticket or annual pass Plus

Due to the limited number of visitors, we can accommodate at any one time, it is necessary to book a free time slot ticket (€ 0) even if you qualify for free admission. (Exception for children up to the age of 2, holders of Barberini Friends annual pass or annual pass plus).

Program
Along with the permanent collection of Impressionist paintings and three changing exhibitions per year, the museum offers a wide-ranging program of lectures, films, concerts, conversations, and readings. Daily tours and workshops are also available for all ages, whether as individuals or in groups—not only in German, but also in English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian.

In the summer months, you can sit outside in the museum courtyard with a view of the scenic “Alte Fahrt” waterway of the River Havel and the “Freundschaftsinsel”—a beautiful place to round out your visit to the museum!

FAQs
During your visit to the museum, you can use the Barberini App on your own smartphone. The app offers audio guides for adults and children as well as service information, video interviews with experts, city tours, and more. Audio equipment is not available from the museum.
A free checkroom and lockers are available in the museum. All handbags, backpacks, jackets, umbrellas, canes, and similar items must be checked or stored. Walking aids may of course be used. No liability can be assumed for the checkroom.
Tickets for groups of 10 or more can be reserved through our webshop. Guided tours for groups can be booked on request through our Visitor Service; for information on reservation and cancellation policies, see our terms and conditions. Additional information on group visits is available here.
Gift vouchers can be purchased online or from the museum ticket desk during regular opening hours until one hour before closing. Vouchers can be used toward annual tickets, regular admission, or food and drinks in the museum café. The gift voucher is not valid for items in the museum shop.

Photographing and videoing in the galleries is allowed for private use, but may be restricted for copyright reasons. Relevant information is provided on location at the museum. Please note that publication on the internet or social media does not constitute private use and may infringe on copyright law.
