Public guided tour in the Hasso Plattner Collection
Multiple dates
The tour tells the story of French Impressionism – from its beginnings to Neo-Impressionism. The focus is on masterpieces from the Hasso Plattner Collection, including works by Claude Monet, Camille Pissarro, Paul Cézanne, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Berthe Morisot and Alfred Sisley – all central figures of French modernism. This movement originated in 1874, when 30 artists came together in Paris and exhibited their works for the first time in a private gallery, away from the official academy exhibitions.
