Guided group tours (duration: 50 mins., cost: 105 euros plus 10 euros admission per person) can be booked using this form. Workshops for groups can only be booked through the Visitor Service.
Participants in group tours or workshops are eligible for the reduced admission price of ten euros per person. The number of participants can be adjusted free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled date.
Please note that tours led by external guides are not permitted.

Free admission for students and lecturers visiting the museum as part of a course, provided they are registered as a group through our Visitor Service.
Formats for groups
City walking tours
Italy, France, and Holland in Potsdam: three audio tours on the free Barberini App take you out of the museum and into the city. With the voice of Günther Jauch as your guide, discover the many buildings and works of art created in Potsdam in the 18th and 19th centuries based on Italian models. Learn more about the French influences that have shaped the city over the centuries, or be surprised by the many connections to Holland in the Brandenburg state capital. The city tours are also available as a printed guide in the museum store.

Offers for groups can be booked via our visitor service or for guided group tours (duration: 50 mins, costs: 105 euros plus 10 euros admission per person) through this form. When booking, you must specify whether the event is to be held for the Hasso Plattner Collection or for the current temporary exhibition. A billing address is also required.
The maximum group size for guided tours of the collection or our temporary exhibitions is 20 people. The number of participants can be changed free of charge up to 14 days before the event. For larger groups of up to 50 guests, exclusive introductory talks can be booked in the museum's auditorium. More information can be found here.
The price for a booked group tour or an introductory lecture in the auditorium is 105 euros plus 10 euros admission per person. Reduced prices apply in general for groups of 10 or more without a guided tour or lecture.

All products booked through the Visitor Service, including group tours and introductory events, are paid for on account. Payment on site at the museum box office is not possible.
